Hi there,

I've just tried to get to HansaManuals from my browser only to be given a webpage that says the following:

"HansaManuals can only be opened from within Standard ERP. Please open the manuals from the application."

In version 8.5 2025-08-11, Build Number 85559510, if I select Info > Help, I get the same webpage as above.
I note that the same version on a Mac has the option Help > Online Manual.

On version 8.5 2026-05-25, Build 85562815 it is the same.

If I take the URL from a Mac of "https://www.hansamanuals.com/main/hwconvindex.htm" and paste it into a Windows browser such as Edge or Firefox I get the same webpage saying HansaManuals can only be opened from within SERP.

If I'm a windows user, how can I get to HansaManuals?
