Hi,
I checked option "Use External Mail Software" in setting "Mail and Conferences Settings" in module "Mail and Conferences". When I create an invoice email I have a default title, then in the message text content of the invoice and the payment terms. I've checked that the settings that work when I create the email inside the SERP (i.e., email subject, first text, item list and last text) are not included when the email is forwarded to an external email program. Is there perhaps a way to control this?
Another problem is the encoding of Polish diacritical characters. As far as I can see, they are in the Windows-1250 (CP-1250) standard instead of UTF-8, which causes Apple Mail on Mac to give me unexpected characters.
Does anyone know how to solve the above problems?
