HANSA.HDB is open

I noticed we started getting a message "Database HANSA.HDB is open" (or smth) while starting. Why is that? This message should appear if the DB is locked by the system (server runs under another user)
The reason I started to investigate the log was that I could not create PDFs via Invoice>>create email. PDF size is always 1KB. However saving reports to PDF is working.

Thanks Bror-Erik, it&apos;s hard to replicate so we won&apos;t know for sure until we upgrade the customer with this issue....
