Unable to download Backups from myStandard

Good morning,

I have a query from one of our clients, the function to download Backups do not work on MyStandard.
When we select: List of Backups > select file > download = nothing happens

Client details:
Atlantis Enterprises Pty Ltd
Customer code 2704917
contract 32704917

Had anyone else had this problem before?

From what I've read, using these will store the updated records in memory and then write them to the database in bulk, instead of each record writing to the database in turn. So perhaps there&apo...
