Hi
One of our clients reported an issue where exports saved to the client machine results in a file of 0 bytes. I've had a similar problem to this before at other clients.
Additionally they report that opening and closing the client multiple times, they eventually get the export to work.
This problem also occurs less frequently after an export/import has been done.
OS: Ubuntu Linux Sever 16.04
HansaWorld: Standard ERP Ver 8.2(161010)
Has this been encountered before and is there a way to resolve?
