I cannot start the ver. 8.3 external gateway because of "not enough" RAM. What the "available" means then? Shouldn't the linux itself manage the cache? Isn't it an incorrect error message - http://www.linuxatemyram.com/ ?

2017-03-09 13:54:25 database cache may be max 80% of physical RAM (physical RAM is: 0bytes, attempted to use: 100000bytes for DB cache)
[someone@somewhere ss_ext_gw]$ free -m

total used free shared buff/cache available
Mem: 4096 490 141 197 3463 3408
Swap: 2048 613 1434
