Concurrent Users multiple logins

Hi,

We have a scenario whereby concurrent users are able to log on to the database multiple time from different clients without being logged out from the previous client they logged on to.

This affects the other concurrent users from being logged in - whereby they get the error 'Concurrent User limit on server reached. Your client will now close'.

They are on Version 8.3 2017-01-25

How do we prevent users from multiple logins?
