APPCRASH on Wondows 10

Hi,

I have 2 clients on old 8.1 versions.
I can not get the client Aplication to Open.
If i Delete the HDB file, and open the Aplication, the File gets created, but no Hansa windows comes up.

Clients have their own cache, and then the server has the shared cache, if you want it kind of black and white. Presense should be there as far as i know...
