Document Forms >> Attached Image

There is a document form field called Attached Image that is available on most document forms, including Invoices, Quotations and Item Labels.

However, this does not seem to print the attached image on an item card. The image displays fine on the item card.

Any suggestions on how to get an image to display on an item label document ?
