SMTP Error

A customer who recently updated has this issue:

2021-10-23 09:26:20 SYSTEM Sending Email from Bob Southwell
2021-10-23 09:26:20 /THREAD(4) SMTP connecting to 127.0.0.1:12000
2021-10-23 09:26:21 /THREAD(4) SMTP connected
2021-10-23 09:26:22 /THREAD(4) Sent e-mail from bob.southwell@alcolizer.com with result: "Message accepted for delivery - 2021102321cTSCFxVaL"
2021-10-23 09:26:22 /THREAD(4) SMTP failed with code 421: Network error sending: QUIT

It seems that every outgoing email has that "SMTP failed.." error BUT the email are going out perfectly. And being received.

This is an error in log file that was not there in the previous version: 2021-10-23 09:26:22 /THREAD(4) SMTP failed with code 421: Network error sending: QUIT


E-mails are being sent out but it always receives this connection error.
“Network error sending” seems misleading as firstly it is talking to localhost (127.0.0.1), and secondly, it actually works.
