please assist with how i can resolved the below error

"E-Invoices for customer are turned off
E-InvoicingEnabled Err3 res=1"

We activated credit limits.

After activating the system has been really slow.

When the client is saving an invoice, they get a reconnection error. the system hangs for all other logged in user for upto 2 minutes.
