Have there been any changes for links (link manager) in Standard ERP in newer versions?

We are updating customers who says that the links between invoice, deliveries and so on could be found under the cross AND the paperclip. Now its only under the cross. Does anyone know?

Is there any way to get the links back to both paperclip and cross?
