After upgrading to v. 8.5 2022-12-30 our client says invoice PDF is generated (via Invoice>>create>>email) as if Row layout=By item group would be selected if printed manually via Documents>>Invoices. This is not expected. Some time later the same invoice is being printed normally.
I cannot find any setting to make printing of the invoices sorted by item groups.
Why this happens?
