We had this problem, it's not new, just happened now. Last time we saw it, it happened to a customer after working with Hansa for more than 5 years :) Looks like extremely random.
We think it's a variable or flag that remains set to a value when running a report or something same time with printing.
However, we were never able to reproduce it, as hard as we tried, just removed the ByItemGroup printing with HAL.
