I had the same error today on v. 2022-03-03. I entered a new activity and clicked Cancel on another instance of activity window with status "new". This crashed the client. I believe one of those Activity windows was opened via "New Activity" drill down in the report.
I could not repeat is again.

Hello! You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt...
