HW crashes while printing in Ventura

Operating system: macOS
We have a user on MacOS Ventura 13.01 that crashes about 75% of the time while printing. Other users on older versions of MacOS have not reported issues so I suspect that this is the problem.

They are running 8.5 2022-03-03. Is this a known issue that has been repaired in a newer version or is there some workaround?
