moving emails to other mailbox

I had to create a new mailbox for the user, because the mailbox name was wrong, which resulted in wrong reply address when sending out emails from SERP.
I cannot move emails from the old mailbox to new mailbox using Email and conferences>>maintenances>>move emails (or smth). Nothing happens.
