In hal/Tools/PasteSpecialTools3.hal, there is:

external outer function string 60 OuterReadObjBTSClassArrayOnOpen2(integer,var string);

This function is not in the HAL sources, and when the above file is in halcust/level0, the Link Check report says "No definition found". Is this a problem?
