After a reboot we are suddenly seeing an error on startup from one of the HAL files:

Error 1:Unknown symbol 1:SENDWEBREQUEST


which causes the server startup to fail. This is code that has been working on the same version for the past year.

The version in use is SERP 8.3 2017-03-27

Other than enabling the Real Time Interface, is there something else that needs to be done to make this function available?

I can also duplicate this in a demo on the same version but it works fine on 8.4.
