Under the paperclip you now find only links to external files and notes. Links to other records you find under the link manager icon next to it (four arrows).

Other than that your code is correct as long as WayListr is read from the database (exists with that serial number) and all records are in the current company (no. 1 from your RLinkVc export snippet).
