I have a customer use SERP with intgration with a third party system, SERP REST API is configured to receive http request from the third party system, when the other system send the request they get invalid response with error code 502, but when they try it from PostMan the SERP sends response successfully, I can see the request in web.log in SERP.

any idea why the other system receives invalid response?
