I have a customer on 8.3 2017-02-12, and when they try to log in on an iPad, their server crashes with the error:

Error in key UUIDHistoryVc:Timestamp
incorrect key used
dump of call stack
Error in key Timestamp


Is this a known issue? Will upgrading to the latest 8.3 fix it?
