I have a client concerned about the below lines on sending email on the log file while restarting the service.

2017-09-15 17:31:57 SYSTEM Sending Email from Mi do
2017-09-15 17:43:37 SYSTEM Sending Email from Abdul
2017-09-15 17:58:49 SYSTEM Sending Email from Mi do
2017-09-15 18:15:29 SYSTEM Sending Email from Abdul

Is it related to the validation emails?
