Change https port on cloud controller

Is there some way of changing the https port on the cloud controller? It seems to ignore parameters.txt and the program mode register and default back to 443.

From what I've read, using these will store the updated records in memory and then write them to the database in bulk, instead of each record writing to the database in turn. So perhaps there&apo...
