Server Blocked

Hi,

We are not able to access to our database because we receive the message: "Server is not responding".
I tried restart the server but after more than 10 minutes the message on server says "Stopping". If I refresh the page, the server still "Running" but anyone can access to Hansa.
Let me know how this can be resolved.

Would you mind to give us some additional information about the server and environment?
Have you updated anything? Done anything with the internet/router?
