Hi

I am looking of help and information regarding moving to new server.

We have a client who is running on version 8.2 and they would like to move to a new server.

How do you migrate the cloud node installation to the new server?

Hi Sanjay,

Please find the steps below.

For Linux and Mac:

1. Stop the server on MyStandard
2. Stop the CN
3. Move SERP server together with CN
4. Start the CN
5. Go to MyStandard
6. Use change server data button to change Data folder and ports
7. Start the server from MyStandard page

For Windows:
1. Stop the server on MyStandard
2. Stop the CN
3. Do the moving

4. Install CN service from cmd with “hansa-cloudnode.exe --install”. This will install service with name “Hansa Service” which needs to be set up as automatic.
5. Start the CN
6. Go to MyStandard
7. Use change server data button
8. Start the server from MyStandard page

Kind Regards,
Tayla
