Last backup failed

Hi!
After update to version 8.4 I have 2 customers who get message
last backup failed when they start up client every morning!
Backup on other hand is ok on server! I can´t see anything wrong in
scheduled tasks so is this a bug?

Yes, customer name is Datatrio Oy, in Helsinki

Everytime they start client they receive this message that last backup failed!

I have customer getting this too. Any ideas how to stop it.

I also noticed such situation from time to time. Today one customer reported me this message in version 8.5 230208/85510137 (server in Cloud), but correct backup exists on server and LOG confirms this by:

What should be done to cancel receiving such messages?

This happens when client closes application (kills through task manager) during server backup process. When server starts backup while client is working it gets frozen. If user do not want to wait and kills client, then it will get this message every time when he starts application. Solution is to create new HDB on client machine.

If you have the backup path as Backup/ then this won't happen, but that means your backups will go into the backup folder on the StandardERPServer folder
