eMail HTML feature not displaying incoming eMails

Customers sending in HTML eMails with photos embedded are not displayed properly in SERP.


Pretty sure this is a known issue as I do not think it ever worked in the four years I have used the application. Just curious as to if this is being addressed.

Thanks Gatis, anyway it seems to be reported as bug instead of wish because now it depends on who created task for whom, am I right? /Piotr W....

Actually a new version of this bug is SL>>Reports>>Periodic customer statement "accumulates" amounts Not sure why it was duplicated, I clicked "submit"only once....
