slow saving of records

Our client has on premises CN and sometimes complains about slow saving of Orders and Invoice records. Here is an excerpt from the timings.log. Am I right that saving an order took 60 seconds?

for some other clients we have noticed that the speed improves after getting an enabler key, even though there was no "restricted" mode caption in the Navigation window.

From programming point of view, time, spent on save or on update, depends on the number of items on the order or invoice matrix.
As for every row you have to run record check , to update support registers, to create invoice transaction and etc.
Do they usually have many items in one record ? Do they have some customization with order/invoice record actions ?

No they don't usually have many items on the invoice, but the fact is that at least 2 customers solved this problem by getting an enabler key (even though they could print invoices and had no complaints about the key).

On the same server (Windows Server 2003 SP2, 3GB RAM Xeon E5520 CPU) I can see

even though threads are set to 4 in the optional features. Is thi related to the slow saving of records?

Some nasty computer can see that there's a web port open and is trying to install PHP or other scripts. Do this customer have a webshop? If not, try changing the web port. Or even block it on the firewall for the moment, although be aware that client autoupdates from outside the LAN require it.
