How can we close and remove a standard ID account with HW?

This is for users who have left the customer.

Hello Sanjay,
it's not possible to close a Standard ID once created.

Hello Sanjay, it's not possible to close a Standard ID once created.
I don't think that is acceptable to my customer. I'll speak to someone locally
