Hi

8.5

Our client has a user with multiple monitors. The login screen is not consistently displayed when she starts the SERP application. She has to quit the application and restart up to 8 times before the login screen appears. In other cases, she has to disconnect her external monitor and then the login screen is displayed correctly.

Hi Sanjay, we haven't experienced the same but our developers are currently making some changes related to Navigation Centre appearing on login. It might fix the issue your client is having. Can you please provide details of this bug along with environment (or attached backup), in a partner bug report? Thanks!

Omar
