Our client has a user with multiple monitors. The login screen is not consistently displayed when she starts the SERP application. She has to quit the application and restart up to 8 times before the login screen appears. In other cases, she has to disconnect her external monitor and then the login screen is displayed correctly.

Hello,

internally we are using multiple monitors.
Does she use simply CMD+M?

Also about which version you are talking?
