Company Text Backup

Im Getting an error when doing a company text backup.

"WindowWcdp r1 == NIL for window"

I can do it on any of the other companies on the DB, but on this one that I need, It seems Impossible.

Clients have their own cache, and then the server has the shared cache, if you want it kind of black and white. Presense should be there as far as i know...
