Hi

As part of the approvals system, is is required that we can trust that pdf attached is the one that was originally added.

Is is possible to prevent any and all users from removing attached files using access group controls. I could not find an action.

I regret to inform we don't have such control of record attachments.

Nevertheless this is definitely a good wish and I submitted it:GEN >> New access right for managing attachments on records
