What does the message "The request was timed-out. HTSCSReqStatusReply" mean in hansa.log.
A client gets a lot of these messages in the log.

Doesn't anyone have a comment on this?

Hello, can we please get more information on your environment details? This might be occurring in an environment with some type of communication with a 3rd party service. If this is done by HAL, can you please make sure that you give the server enough time to receive the reply? Especially if this is an idle task. Please provide specific environment details and when the client is experiencing this. Thanks!

I just got confirmation that the message is the Status Reply message from the Hansa eInvoice server.
The client wants to know why this message shows up in the log every 10 minutes.
parameters.txt file has --verbosity=debug
Could that be the reason?

Hi yes, this is the reason why. Can you please remove that parameter from the client and server and restart both? You should then not see the message. Thanks!
