Create Planned Records From Orders

Is this by design (cannot find anything in the hansamanuals.com), that this maintenance creates a production order for the first sales order line?

I looked at the source and I can see it is written like this (procedure ProdOrderExistsForOrder()). Is it a bug?

I was able to repeat the issue as well. Please report a bug and development department will look into it
