Hi,

A client gets disconnected to the server and has to keep logging in.



Anyone have an idea what to be the reason...

please find below errors. (Note: They are affecting both Local and Public IP connections. with external connections experiencing the highest number of disconnection) what does it mean?

Hi Brittany,

the error is still there from time to time. Not as often as before since we fixed internet connection issues.

If it happens again please send us a copy of the logs for us to investigate further please

Hi, No changes should have been made that would increase client's HDB file. Please try to delete HANSA.HDB from client folder and reconnect to server and check if it will grow to 30MB again. ...
