why i cannot see the technics module in the clien-server mode even I listed it in my access group>

Please check in configuration if Server is enabled.

Hello Aldevinas,

If you are using a global user, make sure that it is not set up with a different access group that does not have the technics module assigned to it.

Yep, global user had no access group assigned, while the user had the access group assigned. Thanks!

Clients have their own cache, and then the server has the shared cache, if you want it kind of black and white. Presense should be there as far as i know...
