I mean how to install SSL certifcates for website in order to enable https.

I have created a SSL certificate using letsencrypt.org and specified it in the technics>>program mode, but when I try to access the webpage I get Error code: SSL_ERROR_NO_CYPHER_OVERLAP. How can I make it work? What format the certificate should be?
I am currently using the default .pem format.

problem solved! certicates were owned by root user, but I was running Standard ERP Server under non-root user
