Internet User limit on server reached

Hi,

I am attempting to connect to a client system (after hours) and I am getting the error message "Internet User limit on server reached", can anyone explain what my challenge is?

This suggests that the customer does not have the WAN licence that allows connectivity from outside a LAN.

ahhh, thank you. I forgot that is what I need in order to connect remotely.
