I have a customer who has 1 client that is crashing approximately 10 times a day. Below is an extract from the client log file.


Can anyone tell me what might be going on?

Hi Sanjay,

What version is the customer using?

Have you tried downloading a new client from MyStandard for this user?

Is it only this client? Do they have other clients that are not having any issues?

The customer is on version 8.2.

No I have not tried this as they client it self is ok when its working.

Yes, it seems its only this client who is getting this message.

I was hoping you would give me an explanation of what the log file messages mean.

Do you know what these 2 lines mean? And what could cause them?

Hi, No changes should have been made that would increase client's HDB file. Please try to delete HANSA.HDB from client folder and reconnect to server and check if it will grow to 30MB again. ...
