Item status bar disappearing

We have one customer, using Windows, who have had this issue over a number of years and across several versions of SERP.

"The item status bar disappears consistently for different people at different times of the days for no discernible reason and ctrl I does not pull it back. You have to re-boot Hansa to get it to work again."

Has anyone else had this issue?

Hi Paul,
I personally never heard about this issue nor had customers experiencing it.
If you are able to find a way to repeat it, please report the bug and we'll fix it.

Actually a new version of this bug is SL>>Reports>>Periodic customer statement "accumulates" amounts Not sure why it was duplicated, I clicked "submit"only once....
