Am unable to either delete or invalidate wrong Purchase Order. i have invalidated later records from the PO like the Purchase Invoice and Payment but couldn't delete or invalidate the GRN so it stopping me from deleting the PO.

You can mark it as closed as option. If document is connected with other documents you can not delete it so you will not be able to delete PO, as you will not be able to remove Goods receipt.
