Operating system: macOS
In sample data, Services Cache contains a long list of services and hosts. In customer systems, many of these are missing. For example, sample data contains this line:

PRESENCE 3.64.101.44 443

What is the relevance/importance of this being present or missing? The reason I ask is that we've had some systems locking up for up to a minute, and presence server is mentioned in the logs.

Hello Paul, thank you for the feedback. We will evaluate sample data.

Problem that you mentioned is observed on latest Uk MAC version right? if no , please state the specific version.

Hi Yavuz

The Services Cache register is stored on the server. Our customer servers are either Linux or Windows. The client OS is irrelevant.

Thanks

Paul

Clients have their own cache, and then the server has the shared cache, if you want it kind of black and white.
Presense should be there as far as i know
