Hi,

Our customer is getting a "D4SegmentStore failed" message when running the transaction journal report to pdf. The report is very large but we shouldn't get this message. The client crashes after the message is closed.

on which date and build version is your customer?
We have fixed this bug from version 2018-11-28

So the mystandard have gotten a face lift. So when the backup is triggered, thats the time when a "snapshot" is taken from the system and written down to the backup (.TXT file)...
