Stock movement error

Issue: With stock movement and an available serial number from the GRV in the same location is used on the stock movement, you get the error message "serial number not registered in this location"


for Example:



1. Module > Purchase order > create new > supplier 2317 > item FSCRHK > OK & save
2. On purchase order > create goods receipt > location OJ > tab B - put in serial number > OK & save
3. Module > Stock > Register > stock movement > new > from location OJ > to location WB > ctrl + enter on tab C to select serial number just created > click "confirmed" and "received" error message comes up "serial number not registered in this location"

I do not see an option to upload the backup on the partner portal, could you please direct me on the steps to follow for upload here

We have seen something similar with Deliveries. Our client says it happens when we have more than one item in the delivery with serial numbers.

Hi Dejan,

Have tried twice now, the compressed backup is 1.3 GB and takes a few hours to upload. Each time before the upload is completed about 90% done, the page refresh to the login screen and all progress lost

Hello,

Can you please try to repeat the issue on any Sample database and then provide backup?
