I've seen in a few places this function like:
found = CanRegisterOnMedia("OPVc",mtFile);

when this function should return true, when false?

when selected media is mtfile then will return true

When I comment out it like
//TrHs = CanRegisterOnMedia("OPVc",mtFile);
TrHs=true;

I can export OPVc (payments) from the Integration module,otherwise I cannot (an empty file is created).
So, I guess there some other functionality behind this function.
