Touch Screens in Hal - NPTS

I have been unable to change Touch Screen Windows in Hal (all NPTS type) For example today I wanted to revise the Change Address screen:


ChangeAddressNPTSIVCashSClass:1

I have this in my allwindows.hal and even without any changes the screen then fails to open when opened.
I assume there is some change in the way that these operate that I need to know about in order to change them in hal

Julia has discussed the above with development and has since confirmed she is no longer experiencing this issue.
