Error: Could not Download

Hi, Please help.

Updated a client to 8.5 this weekend.

Logged in on with a client on the server and all was good. New Client downloaded and we could log in and test if all is well.

Now the users cant log in as I get an error :Could not download: Http://192.168.0.xx:1280/install/hob.......


the IP is incorrect, Where do i change it?

Hello,
we experienced this morning a server offline for few minutes; and if you where on the same one, this could be a reason.
If you are not on our cloud, please try to download again the client from the server.
It will downloaded with the correct settings.

Client has their own server. the serverip.dat file has the wrong IP (Internal IP) instead of the External IP that People use to Connect to Server.

Hi, No changes should have been made that would increase client's HDB file. Please try to delete HANSA.HDB from client folder and reconnect to server and check if it will grow to 30MB again. ...
