When you change a password of a SERP users, a user should receive an email with a link from where a user can enter his/her password.
What is the problem, user newer get the email? (the email address is correcet, verified)
Clients have their own cache, and then the server has the shared cache, if you want it kind of black and white.
Presense should be there as far as i know...
